Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging SpikeCrest for SEO services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their facility, programs, and compliance status
- Ensuring their facility holds valid LegitScript certification where required for paid advertising
- Reviewing and approving content before publication
- Informing SpikeCrest of any compliance constraints that may affect our recommendations
Results and Guarantees
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside SpikeCrest’s direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, and client website infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or admissions volumes.
We commit to delivering agreed deliverables on schedule, reporting transparently on performance, and acting in the client’s long-term SEO interest at all times.
Limitation of Liability
SpikeCrest’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith before any formal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
